First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your love and support for our game. Your voices are being heard.

We held an AMA event in-person at Discord. Since most of the game users and community active users in this test are from regions where Chinese is spoken, the AMA was held in Chinese.

If you missed it, we have also compiled a bilingual (Chinese and English) written summary of the event.

Participants:

Q: Any advice for new players?

A: Start by familiarizing yourself with the Partyrox-gated Party Heist mode and practicing to develop a sense of the combat techniques and gameplay. It is also recommended to participate in the 3v3 mode from the warm-up party in order to become acquainted with character skills and weapon usage. For Playtest 2, our primary focus is on testing the core gameplay (Party Heist) mechanics, therefore there are currently no special protections for beginners. In the next version, we plan to incorporate an AI-practice Party Heist mode and introduce a ranking system to distinguish between experts and beginners.

Q: How do you handle Team Kill or team up by forming teams outside what is allowed by the selected game mode? Is there any supervision mechanism?

A: The primary issue stems from the insufficient number of testers. To address this, we intend to increase player and game guild participation. Furthermore, we will enhance the challenge by concealing player names during combat to prevent easy recognition of "teammates." We will also explore alternative methods in the future to tackle this issue effectively.

- The current 15-second death protection is deemed insufficient and will be enhanced. Furthermore, the rapid cooldown of acceleration skills has resulted in players entering the battlefield too swiftly. Adjustments will be made to transform this into a rare strategic skill.

- Penalties for team killing are still being discussed. The penalties need to be stringent, yet should not result in player loss. While there is no definitive answer at this time, we acknowledge the frustration this may cause for players and will address it in the future.

- layers with the same IP will be allocated to different matches as much as possible through the mechanism.

Q: How would you address the issue of players solely focusing on killing opponents without opening boxes?

A: This issue pertains to game mechanics. Our initial intention for players was to compete by defeating bosses in order to earn party points, but it has actually turned into a strategy of eliminating opponents first and then tackling the bosses. In response, we will adjust the distribution of party points to ensure that a portion can only be obtained by opening boxes. Additionally, we will place a key focus on implementing a point protection mechanism for high-quality heroes.

- The upcoming testing version will incorporate dynamic output, meaning that a better outfit chosen at the beginning will result in a higher production yield from the boxes.

Q: How do you handle Coda's overpowered skills?

A: Coda is a designed as an assassin hero with the ability to quickly reach target locations and join the battlefield. Currently, she is the only hero with this capability, but there will be several others in the future. The issue lies not with Coda herself, but rather with the lack of methods for heroes to reach the highest positions within the game. The next update will introduce shortcuts to assist all heroes in reaching higher points or walls.

- Addition: There are no current plans to modify Coda's wall-climing skills, as she is intended to excel as a hero with three-dimensional battle space capabilities.

- Dev's suggestion: It may also be beneficial to experiment with Solana's abilities in other matches, such as 3v3. She has proven to be formidable, as one of our developers was defeated from full health while his opppnent is using her.

Q: "Sniper gun is too strong, the range is not as far as it supposed to." how to solve this problem?

A: Our background data indicates that the damage caused by sniper rifles is high, and as a result, adjustments will be made in the next version. Additionally, AKM and other ranged weapons have been appropriately adjusted, and the new numerical balance will be tested in the next version. It has been observed that the range is sufficient; therefore, it is not the gun itself but rather obstacles such as air walls that impede performance. This issue is particularly evident for snipers due to their vantage point from rooftops. The distance from the roof angle to the ground is currently under investigation.

Q: It seems like PC players have a much higher win rate than mobile players. Is there any way game planners can handle this?

A: 1. Mouse DPI and mobile swipe differs, and user operation habits vary, leading to different device preferences. Suggested: Adjust swipe sensitivity.

2. Cross-version connectivity issue: For testing purposes, cross-port connectivity is allowed temporarily. In the official version, devices will be sorted into different ports (PC matches PC, mobile matches mobile) to ensure fair competition.

Q: Regarding cheats, is there a one-click report function?

A: Currently, the goal is to collect backend data, so this feature is not available yet. However it will be essential in the game's later stages. Features like cheat reports and bug submissions will be implemented in the official version.

Supplement: Current development mechanisms may not be effective against cheats since our data requires multi-party verification. Player-side modifications like aimbots or headshot hacks will not be recognized by the server. We are continually detecting and fixing these issues to prevent cheat usage.

Q: What are the plans for the next test?

A: We are currently conducting internal testing for the next version, expected to be completed by the end of the month. The specific launch time will follow the operational schedule, which is likely not far off.

Q: How do you handle squad reporting for location during matches? Will you allow viewing non-teammate perspectives? Will screen sharing for reporting be available?

A: We will try to prevent squad members from entering the same match during the same time period. Currently, non-teammate death replay perspectives are not available. Allowing it would enable dead players to view enemy perspectives, essentially creating another way to report locations. We will provide more convenient in-game reporting methods, and staff can view replays to review and penalize violations manually.

Q: Can Priority Mirpass be used to claim rewards in the future?

A: In the future, Mirble will be available to top up. Priority Mirpass may offer other benefits in the game, depending on the operational team's decisions.

Q: Will there be a mechanism to escape being stuck due to being blown into a corner by tornadoes in-game?

A: An internal escape mechanism was tested previously, allowing quick exit from combat or changing locations. We're considering whether to release it for players to experience.

ยท Player suggestion: If no stuck situation is detected, the escape mechanism should not be used. This function is indeed necessary.

Q: Will Party Tornado or ICE Blast cancel their effects on players who are indoors?

A: Buff effects will appear throughout the entire match and will not cancel their impact on indoor players. This bug is caused by a god mode affecting the entire arena. It will be fixed, and the god mode will be available for players to experience in the next version.

Q: When will the Carnival mode be re-opened?

A: It has been tested and is expected to be available after the official release.

Q: Will new heroes be available in the next version?

A: New characters are continuously being developed. The current six ace characters are more suitable for new players. Future versions will gradually release new heroes to provide new experiences for veteran players.

Q: Can regular players enter the game without NFTs?

A: Yes. However, additional investments will yield higher returns. For example, owning higher-level heroes will improve mining efficiency and increase the failure mining protection ratio.

Q: Will there be simpler modes for earning in the future?

A: Plans are in place, potentially similar to Carnival or player-created DIY modes, which will be gradually introduced in future versions.

Q: Are there plans to develop a PVE mode?

A: Yes, but it may not involve gunfights, possibly within the Carnival mode, relying on luck or small techniques.

Q: Can footstep sounds be added?

A: Not just footsteps, but also different gun sounds and firing noises will be fixed in the next version.

Q: Planning new maps?

A: Two new maps are ready and will be released sequentially.

Q: Will the next version have player number modes like 5v5, 4v4, or solo queue?

A: There won't be significant changes in player limits for now. New modes will be considered in conjunction with new maps.

Q: Will weapon skins affect damage points?

A: We do not intend to influence match outcomes through higher-quality weapons or heroes. There won't be situations where one player can defeat five due to purchasing high-level NFTs. We prefer to offer special abilities, such as reducing reload frequency, seeing high-level resource locations, additional rewards, reduced box opening time, or decreased mining time, through owning certain hero or weapon skins.

Q: When will the official website whitepaper be updated?

A: The whitepaper will be updated soon.

Q: When will the token exchange ratio for points be released?

A: Not available yet (suggest asking our Head of Web3.0 Product during next AMA).
